Constitution


Rule 17   Dissolution


(1) . The union shall not be dissolved, except with the consent of 5/6ths of the voting membership of the union obtained by means of a secret ballot.
   
(2) . In the event of the union being dissolved all debts and liabilities legally incurred on behalf of the union shall be fully discharged and the remaining funds divided amongst all voting members in equal proportions.
   
(3) . When the union is dissolved notice of such will be sent by the Honorary Secretary to the Registrar of Trade Unions.
