HKJA's Luncheon on 18 Dec (Guest: Hon Henry Tang Ying-yen)

Dear members / colleagues,

At a time when the rows over universal suffrage and the pan-democrats’ plan to hold mass resignations dominate the political agenda, who will be a better person for journalists to engage in close-quarter dialogue other than Chief Secretary Hon Henry Tang Ying-yen, who is spearheading the government consultation on constitutional reform?
