The 24th Hong Kong Journalists Association Football Cup was successfully completed today. The Cable TV Team defeated the team Hatiend United (composed of local sport news reporters and photographers) by 3:0 and becomes the Champion of this year. The team Hatiend United won the first runner-up. The Oriental Press Group Team B won 3:2 over Apple Daily Team and won the second runner-up; the Apple Daily Team was the third runner-up.
Participants are happy to watch three friendly matches. Among them, the HKJA won 2:1 over the Government Information Service Department Team. The HKJA drew with the Hong Kong All Star Soccor Team with 1:1, and lost 5:2 over the Clube de Jornalistas de Macau Team.

Mr. Lau Ka Wo from the Cable TV Team won the Best Soccer Prize by scoring a total of 13 goals in the Tournament. After all winners got prizes from Mrs. Betty Fung (Director of the Information Services), Mrs Juliana Chen (Deputy of the Information Services), Mr Tam Sik Yeung (Assistant Director of the Information Services),  the 24th JA Cup announced its completion this year.
