HKJA applied to the court to grant an interim relief on the government’s internet media policy

Hong Kong Journalists Association (HKJA) has today (Thursday) filed an application for judicial review against the government’s bar of online-only media from its press events and facilities.

 

HKJA has also requested the Court to grant an interim relief to allow all online-only journalists , who are holders of HKJA membership cards, to enter the press areas on the Chief Executive election day to cover all press activities.

 

The hearing will be held tomorrow (Friday).
